Macro Replay — Terms of Use, Licence (EULA) and Terms of Sale

1. Licence (free version)
SSTE grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Macro Replay Chrome extension ("the Software") for your own purposes, on devices you control. The Software is licensed, not sold. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, rent, or remove notices from the Software, except where the law allows. The free tier (10 repeats per run, 10 CSV rows per run, 3 saved macros) is permanent; SSTE may add features but will not remove the free tier from the published version.
2. Acceptable use
Use the Software only on web pages and systems you are allowed to automate. Do not use it to interact with CAPTCHAs or other anti-automation measures, to send unsolicited messages, to scrape or copy data you have no right to, or to violate a website's terms. You are responsible for what your macros do.
3. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Web pages change; a replay may fail or act on the wrong element. Always check the results. To the extent permitted by law, SSTE's total liability for any claim relating to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim (zero for the free version). Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
4. Terms of sale — Pro unlock (applies once Pro is on sale; Phase 1 sells nothing)
- What: a one-time Pro unlock (no subscription) that removes the free-tier limits (unlimited repeats and CSV rows within technical caps, unlimited saved macros, a run log with results CSV). Pro does not include scheduling.
- Price: US$29, shown on the checkout page in your currency. Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
- Seller (when Pro is on sale): SSTE SERVICOS, SISTEMAS E TREINAMENTO EMPRESARIAL LTDA, a company registered in Brazil (not Google); its CNPJ and address are shown on the checkout page and the receipt. Payments are processed by Kiwify, which issues the receipt.
- Devices: one purchase activates Pro on up to 3 devices; you can sign out a device from Settings.
- Licence key: your checkout e-mail and the order number on your receipt are the key. Keep your receipt private — anyone holding both can activate your licence.
- Offline use: Pro works offline for up to 3 weeks; connect once every 3 weeks so the licence can refresh.
- Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date, no questions asked — e-mail support with your order number. (Brazilian consumers also have the statutory 7-day right of withdrawal under CDC art. 49; our 14-day window includes it.) Refunds are issued through Kiwify to the original payment method; the licence is revoked when the refund is processed.

5. Privacy
See the Privacy Policy. In short: macros stay on your device; the free version sends only anonymous event counters that you can turn off.
6. Changes and termination
SSTE may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. You may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it. SSTE may terminate the Pro licence of a buyer who charges back a payment or breaches section 2.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
